 Although the unit sleeps 6, the maximum number adults allowed for each booking is 4. (ie maximum occupancy with 4 adults is 6 with the other 2 occupants being children. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND.    At least one member in booking should be 25 years or older.   Golf View rules prohibit guests from bringing pets.    This unit is non-smoking. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited outside on the grounds due to the disturbance to other guests and owners. (Not to mention it is still illegal in Tennessee.)   Guests who do not adhere to the rules, will be asked to leave.  Please do not take luggage carts inside the condos. There is a $100 fine for taking the cart inside.  Maximum of 2 cars is allowed per unit. 

Check out instructions: Please leave all beds made so that housekeeping will know which beds were used. Leave used towels on bathroom floors. Wipe up kitchen counters. Load dishwasher and turn it on! Take trash to the dumpster. Remember to log off your t v smart apps. Turn off lights and make sure door locks. Failure to perform check out tasks may result in additional charges.
