Here you can play a round of golf, visit Dollywood, The Island, Conte Center and everything Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge has to offer and all only minutes away. Hike the trails in Cades Cove or go horse back riding. Trout fishing is also popular.
On travel day the trip will take you on a beautiful drive thru the Great Smokey Mountain National Park into Cherokee NC. Here you can shop, explore the area, grab some lunch or stop by and try your luck at Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Continue on from Cherokee to Helen Ga. Beautiful ride thru the Blue Ridge Mountains to your next destination.
2nd stop: 3 nights at Mountain Time Cabin in Sautee Nacoochee only 10 minutes drive to Helen Ga.
Visit Alpine Helen, Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls, The Old Sautee Store and Mark of the Potter. Try your luck in one of the many well stocked trout streams or grab a pan and pan for gold in the area's many mountain streams. Mountain Time Cabin has everything you could possibly need to unwind and relax for a few days. 2 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 6. This cabin is a destination all it's own. After a day of exploring the area relax in the on site hot tub, outdoor firepit or a game of cornhole. Lofted game room has full sized pool table, Arcade game along with card and board games. Here you can find that peaceful easy feeling we all need so bad.
